The order arrived fine, but the package had details on it that I was hoping would stay private. Not the end of the world, haha, but I definitely would’ve preferred more discreet packaging

I used it for several weeks and didn’t notice any real change. The results they show make it seem like you’ll see a big difference, but that just wasn’t my experience. The customer photos looked way better than anything I got, so it felt disappointing and like a waste of money.

I had a hard time following the guide and ended up giving up after a while. I even checked the email/receipt to see if there were extra setup notes or a better link, but I couldn’t really make sense of the instructions.

I’ve ordered from acecosm.com a couple of times now, and the reorder thing makes it a lot easier than I expected. My previous order was right there, so I didn’t have to go digging around the site or try to remember the exact items I bought before, which... yeah, I appreciate that.
Checkout was quick too, and that’s always a plus. I’m giving it 4 stars because the site does feel a bit slow here and there, but overall it still saves me time when I need to grab the same stuff again.

I’ve been waiting on my order and the tracking has just said “label created” for days, with no actual movement. No scan from the carrier, no “in transit,” no delivery estimate, nothing. It’s like they printed the label and then the package disappeared into a drawer, a warehouse shelf, someone’s back seat, who knows. I reached out to support thinking they’d check on it or give me a real update, but all I got were copy-paste replies that didn’t answer anything. Same generic stuff like “please allow more time,” “tracking may take a while,” and “thanks for your patience.” I get delays happen, like weather, busy seasons, warehouse backups, carrier issues, whatever, but at least be honest about what’s going on. Super frustrating experience so far.
